Ingredients for this recipe –
साबुदाना खिचडी साबुदाना – १/२ कप (७५ ग्राम) देशी घी – २ चम्मच मूंगफ़ली – १/४ कप जीरा – १/२ छोटा चम्मच हरी मिर्च – २, बारीक कटी हुई अदरक – १/२ इन्च कढी पत्ता – ८ से १० पत्ते टमाटर – १, कटा हुआ आलू (उबला हुआ) – १, कटा हुआ धनिया के पत्ते – कटे हुए सेंधा नमक – १/२ छोटा चम्मच नीम्बू का रस – १ चम्मच –
Sabudana Khichdi Tapioca –
½ cup (75 gm) Desi Ghee – 2 table spoon Peanuts – ¼ cup Cumin seeds – ½ tsp Green Chilli – 2, finely chopped Ginger – ½ inch Curry leaf – 8 to 10 leaves Tomato – 1, chopped Potato (boiled) – 1, chopped Coriander leaves – chopped Rock Salt – ½ tsp Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
